I got really interested when i first saw this recipe on Noobcook.
Not that i could imagine how the taste would be like, but it is because my hubs love "extraordinary" food.
He usually orders dishes that one has never heard before and always challenges me to try something out of the ordinary.
So, apple with soup. Now, that's interesting.
Ingredients:- (all adapted from Noobcook) :-
1.5 litre of water
200-300 g spare ribs
1 onion - peeled & cut into chunks
4 red apples, cut into pieces
6 red dates
Salt - to taste
Method:-
1. Blanch the pork ribs. Boil water and put in the ribs.
3. Add in the onions
4. Lastly, the apples.
5. Bring to boil again and turn low heat. Simmer for 2 hours or more. Season with salt, if required.
I must say, it's really nice! Thanks Noobcook for the recipe shared! :)
