Marbled Chocolate Cheese Cake

Ingredient A:
180g butter
20g cocoa powder, sifted
180g - 200 g castor sugar
3 eggs
120g self-raising flour, sifted

Ingredient B:
250g cream cheese
60g castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/2 cup water

Method:
1. A: Melt butter in a sauce pan, add in cocoa powder and mix well.

2. Cool slightly and beat in castor sugar

3. Beat in eggs one at a time

4. Lastly, mix in the flour

5. Now, pour the mixture into a greased and line 20cm square tin. Bake at 170'C for about 15 minutes (half cooked)

6. B: Mix all the ingredients together and beat well.

7. Pour over A and swirl through with a knife for marbled effect. Return to oven and continue to bake till golden brown ( approximately 25 minutes). Remove and leave cool.

8. Leave it to cool. Slice and serve!

Note : The marble effect is way lesser probably due to the cake was too cooked before pouring in B mixture and the swirling of knife was not deep enough (see how it was accumulated in the middle).  You can try removing it from the oven before 15 minutes is up and swirl deeper to see the changed effect !

Nevertheless, the marble chocolate cheese cake still taste excellently delicious! :P Enjoy trying!
